Whether you can take Tadalafil at the same time as your other medications will depend on which medications you are taking.
You are required to complete a short medical consultation questionnaire that asks for any medications that you are prescribed from your GP and will indicate the medications that can’t be taken alongside Tadalafil.
There are several medicines which should not be taken concurrently with Tadalafil. Medicines which can have potentially serious interactions with Tadalafil include :-
• Any alpha-blocker medicines e.g. doxazosin (Cardura), alfuzosin (Xatral), tamsulosin, terazosin, or Flomax, that you can buy in the pharmacy. (These medicines may be used to treat prostate problems or high blood pressure).
• Isosorbide mononitrate, isosorbide dinitrate, or use a GTN spray or tablets
for chest pain or use Rectogesic ointment?
• Nicorandil (Ikorel), used to treat angina
• Cimetidine, used to treat stomach or duodenal (peptic) ulcers
• Theophylline, used to treat asthma
• Antibiotics:- Clarithromycin, Erythromycin and Telithromycin
• Anti-fungals such as itraconazole and ketoconazole
• Seizure medication:- carbamazepine, oxcarbazepine, phenobarbital, phenytoin and primidone
• Heart or blood pressure medication:- disopyramide, amiodarone, quinidine and procainamide
• Anti-viral medication:- telaprevir, atazanavir, retonavir, indinavir, saquinavir and cobicistat
• Recreational drugs:- amyl nitrate (poppers)
If you are taking any prescribed medication from your GP then you can simply write those in the “Is there any other medical information that you think our doctor should know?” section on the medical questionnaire. Then, our doctor will know whether the Tadalafil is safe for you to take.
Read available consultation questions below and in the “Is there any Tadalafil” section for »Can Tadalafil be taken with other medicines which can interact with TadalafilYes, the Tadalafil can be taken with or without food. It is unlikely to cause any “side affects” as it is prescribed in aATH that include: increased blood pressure, dizziness, headache, flushing, muscle pain, heart rate or rhythm changes, muscle Deviability of rehydration plasma, increased pulmonary blood pressure, and increased heart rate. However, there are many other side effects that can occur with the use of Tadalafil and other medicines may interact with them (see other ingredients in the composition).
No, Tadalafil does not interact with other medicines can only interact with Rectogesic ointment. Each medicine may have its own lists of side effects and if you experience any side effects then you should discuss them with our doctor.

It's the same story for all who try to take a daily dose of Cialis, also known as Tadalafil.
In one study, one group of men took daily doses of Cialis for 5-6 hours, and the other group, taking a daily dose of Cialis, had a lower incidence of side effects. But researchers at Eli Lilly and Company have found that even a small dose of Cialis is enough to cause some men to experience side effects when taking an extended daily dose.
Dr. Lisa S. Hargreaves, a professor of medicine at Purdue University who is leading the study, said the results were promising. "These studies have shown that daily doses of Tadalafil are well tolerated and that it is well tolerated, and we are not surprised at the findings," she said.
Hargreaves, an assistant professor of pharmacology, is one of the lead authors on the study, published in the journal.
"Our results show that the daily Cialis dose is as effective as the daily dose of Tadalafil," Hargreaves said. "This is something that is being recognized as a standard of care for many people who take daily doses of Cialis."
The study was funded by Lilly. Lilly is the maker of Cialis. It was published last year in the journal.
It was the first time that a daily dose of Cialis had been shown to be as effective as a daily dose of Tadalafil, Hargreaves said.
"It's very encouraging," Hargreaves said. "It is also very reassuring. It's going to make your life a little easier for those who are trying to take Cialis daily."
Hargreaves is an assistant professor of pharmacology at Purdue University and is lead author of a study that looked at Cialis and Tadalafil in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
The study looked at 28 patients with and without symptoms of an enlarged prostate. In a subset of those patients who had an improvement in the symptoms, the researchers found that the daily dose of Cialis had a similar effect. The daily dose of Cialis was the same as the daily dose of Tadalafil, but in fact the researchers did not find a statistically significant difference in side effects between the two groups.
The results showed that a daily dose of Cialis had a lower incidence of side effects when compared to the daily dose of Tadalafil, Hargreaves said.
The study also showed that men taking the daily dose of Cialis had a significantly lower incidence of adverse events compared to those taking the daily dose of Tadalafil, Hargreaves said. "It is interesting to note that this study was a follow-up of the Lilly study and that the men in the study were not taking any medications that had been studied to have any adverse effects," she said.
"The results suggest that daily doses of Cialis are better tolerated than daily doses of Tadalafil. It is important to emphasize that the daily dose of Cialis is not a cure for benign prostatic hyperplasia," Hargreaves said. "It's important to note that this study was done in men who had a high risk of developing this disease, and it is not a cure for benign prostatic hyperplasia. It's important to have realistic expectations when it comes to treatment."
In the study, the researchers looked at 28 men. They compared the side effects of the daily doses of Cialis, taking Tadalafil, and a daily dose of Tadalafil in the same group. The average daily dose of Cialis was about 4.5 milligrams (mg) of Tadalafil, Hargreaves said.
The average daily dose of Tadalafil was 5.5 mg, Hargreaves said. The average daily dose of Cialis was about 5.5 mg.
"It is important to note that the daily dose of Cialis was the same as the daily dose of Tadalafil, but the results were not found," Hargreaves said.
Hargreaves said the findings were promising. She added that some of the men who took the daily dose of Cialis reported a reduction in their ability to urinate.
